Mark D. Schwartz, Esq.

Mark Schwartz is an attorney in private practice known for his defense of whistle blowers and his handling of litigation involving the Sarbanes–Oxley Act. In addition to employment law and civil rights litigation, he also has handled prominent probate cases. He successfully accomplished his bucket list case in 2019 -- which started in 1984 -- with the commutation of a life sentence of Robert Wideman, convicted of felony murder.

Mark also practices entertainment and media law, and has appeared as a professional actor in Off-Broadway productions while continuing to practice law.
