Richard J. Frumer, Esq.

Richard Frumer is a trial lawyer in the Philadelphia area who has handled civil, criminal and workers' compensation matters for more than thirty years. He has argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

In the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, he successfully argued the product liability and evidentiary case of Schmid v. Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp., which was adopted in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court case of Schroeder v. Com., Dep't of Transportation.

Richard graduated from Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Villanova Law Review. He serves on the Editorial Committee of The Pennsylvania Lawyer, the award-winning print magazine published by the Pennsylvania Bar Association. And we're pleased to note that Richard has been presenting CLEs for Jenkins for more than 10 years!
