HeinOnline has compiled state Attorney General Reports and Opinions from all 50 states plus Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. This includes Pennsylvania (1978-2011), Delaware (1963-2012), New Jersey (1978-2010), and New York (1890-2012). This Hein library also includes all published Official Opinions of the Attorneys General of the United States, which go back to 1791, and the Opinions of the Office of Legal Counsel of the United States Department of Justice, 1977-2000.

To access this collection, use your last name and member number to log onto Jenkins' website. From either the Member Center or the list of Member Databases, select HeinOnline. Once in Hein, from the Subscribed Libraries list on the left-hand side and select State Attorney General Reports and Opinions

Hein automatically defaults to a browse option with an alphabetical listing by state. To search this collection, click on the Search tab below the HeinOnline logo. The search box will appear on the left-hand side of the screen. For in-depth search options, including the ability to search by state or to restrict the search by date, click on "Advanced Search" or "Field Search".
