Jenkins on Your Desktop: Limited Liability Companies

Doing research about limited liability companies? Check out some of the databases available on your desktop through the Jenkins Member Center! 

Loislaw Treatise Library contains a Limited Liability Company Library with titles such as:  Drafting Limited Liability Company Operating Agreements and Limited Liability Entities:  State-by-State Guide to LLCs, LLPs and LPs.

Law Journal Press Online Books has a practice area for business entities, which includes Limited Liability Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships.

Looking for Pennsylvania specific forms?  PA Legal Forms will be helpful. A search within this product on the terms limited liability (with the category option selected) results in over 80 hits.  Some of the forms that come back are Limited Liability Companies - Formation - Questionnaires and Sale and Assignment of a Percentage Ownership Interest in a Limited Liability Company.
