Restatement of Employment Law

The American Law Institute recently published the Restatement of Employment Law. Jenkins' members have access to this title in print, on the library WestlawNext computers, and on their home or office desktop through HeinOnline. Check out our Restatements and Principles of the Law Resource Guide for access instructions.
