CCH Pennsylvania Employment Law - A Loislaw Library on Fastcase
CCH Pennsylvania Employment Law Library is accessible to Jenkins' members on their desktops through Fastcase. This handy resource provides case law, summaries, statutes and regulations.
Once you have signed into jenkinslaw.org, access Member Databases, choose Loislaw Libraries on Fastcase, and click on Access. Under the Start a New Search coulmn, click on Search Loislaw Libraries. Choose CCH Pennsylvania Employment Law Library by clicking Clear All at the bottom of the list of groups, then expanding CCH State Specific Employment Law LIbrary and checking the box for Pennsylvania.
Scroll to the top of the screen and type in your search in the box. Search results are displayed in relevance order. You can email or print your results.
From within a search result, you can see everything this library offers by choosing the Outline View tab next to the Results tab at the top of the Results list. In Outline View, scroll up to the very top to see:
- State Law Summaries
- Employment-at-Will
- Statutes and Regulations
