  •

The LexisNexis Digital Library (LNDL) is a great resource if you are looking for Pennsylvania or New Jersey civil practice materials. LNDL civil practice titles cover a variety of topics including pretrial practice, trial practice, discovery, and evidence.

Pennsylvania

The LexisNexis Practice Guide series, which offers titles with concise and practical guidance, contains several Pennsylvania civil practice titles: Pennsylvania Civil Pre-Trial Practice (2020), Pennsylvania Civil Trial Practice (2020), and Pennsylvania Civil Discovery (2021). Outside of the LexisNexis Practice Guide series, you may also want to try Ohlbaum on the Pennsylvania Rules of Evidence (2021) for court rule commentary and case notes, and Pennsylvania eDiscovery (2017) for key issues in eDiscovery.

New Jersey

Several New Jersey LexisNexis Practice Guide series titles are also available. Check out New Jersey Pretrial Practice (2019), New Jersey Trial, Post-Trial, and Appellate Proceedings (2020), New Jersey Civil Discovery (2021), and New Jersey Pleadings (2021).
