The 7th edition of Toxic Torts in a Nutshell is now available on West Academic Digital Library. In addition to providing a general overview of toxic torts, "it also covers special defendants, such as employers, governmental entities, and government contractors; workers’ compensation; insurance coverage issues; key defenses such as statutes of limitations and preemption; causation and scientific evidence; and new theories of injury and damages".  

Chapters include, "Introduction to the Study of Toxic Torts", "Theories of Liability: Products", "Liability of Employers", "Injuries and Damages" and " Mass Toxic Torts".
