Hidden Gem: Law Journal Press

  •

If you're a member of Jenkins, as well as a solo practitioner or an attorney at a firm with less than 50 attorneys, then this post is for you! If you've never utilized our Law Journal Press (LJP) database, consider this your motivation.

Law Journal Press has over a hundred digital full-text books available remotely. These titles are completely searchable, so if you have a specific question you can search across all titles or within a specific title to find an answer to your query.  LJP also includes various Pennsylvania county court rules.

LJP is especially helpful if you're looking for treatises or forms covering topics such as Intellectual Property, Environmental Law, Immigration, Causes of Action, Insurance Bad Faith, and Arbitration. If you need PA or NJ specific treatises, try filter content to your specific jurisdiction before conducting your search. A few of the most popular treatises available include, Going Private (2024), The Law of Advertising Marketing and Promotions (2025), Reits: Mergers and Acquisitions (2025), and Licensing of Intellectual Property (2025).

If you need assistance while researching, you may want to check out our blog posts titled New Law Journal Press (LJP) Platform and Searching & Navigating within a Title in the New Law Journal Press Platform.
