In part two of Attorney Richard Frumer's survey of the Old Testament and the law, we're going to take a look at how the Old Testament deals with topics of civil law as well as criminal law. Specifically, we'll discuss how the Bible deals with negligence and damages, as well as due process and evidence. And, as in part one, we'll take a look at biblical archaeology and compare the ancient precepts with today's law in Pennsylvania.
