Handling a Defamation Case (Webinar)

Our free CLE webinars are available to Jenkins members only. Join Jenkins today to enjoy this member benefit and more!

This one-hour CLE will examine the case of Bykofsky v. The Philadelphia Inquirer, in which Philadelphia Daily News columnist Stu Bykofsky was defamed by his fellow journalist, Inga Saffron, at his 2019 retirement sendoff when she claimed that he had "a taste for child prostitutes in Thailand."

The presenters, both of whom successfully represented Mr. Bykofsky, will explain important trial and pretrial considerations when it comes to a defamation case.
