Litigating a Medical Marijuana Workers' Comp Case (Webinar)

Pennsylvania's Medical Marijuana Act of 2016 often comes into conflict with Federal law because cannabis is still listed as a Schedule I drug under the Controlled Substances Act. Workers' compensation cases involving claims for medical marijuana are often turned down because of that unresolved conflict.

However, a local solo practitioner recently won a medical marijuana ruling in favor of her client, possibly a first for Pennsylvania. Come to this one-hour CLE to gain insights into what worked for her, what didn't, and how to frame a medical marijuana case for a positive outcome.
