Finding Corporate Counsel Profiles on VitalLaw
VitalLaw, a database available in the library, is a great resource for finding information on in-house corporate counsel. As defined by Black’s Law Dictionary, corporate counsel refers to an “in-house attorney for a corporation”. VitalLaw provides information on nearly 50,000 records, allowing you to search, track, and extract information about corporate counsel.
To find information on corporate counsel, you’ll need to navigate to Vitallaw’s Corporate Counsel Profiler tool, which can be accessed from the library’s VitalLaw computer terminal. Once logged into the library’s VitalLaw station, select “Products” in the upper-right corner and select the Corporate Counsel Profiler. You’ll find there are many ways to search within the Profiler tool. For example, users can search and filter by company name, location, attorney, practice area, jurisdiction, etc.
After applying filters and submitting your search, you’ll be able to select relevant results to print or download.
