New Philadelphia Zoning Code

The new Philadelphia Zoning Code became effective on Wednesday, August 22.  The new code can be accessed through the Philadelphia Zoning Code Commission's website.  Warning:  the code is 402 pages with red amendments, downloading slowly at about 19 mb.   It can also be accessed as Title 14 of the Philadelphia Code.

The Library already has a PBI book on the new Code with the codified zoning code published in full (without some recent adopted amendments included) and the new Zoning Administrative Manual (ZAM) is published in it also.
