Jury Practice Resource Guide and PA Real Estate Resource Guide Available Now!

We recently published two new resource guides: Jury Practice and Pennsylvania Real Estate & Landlord Tenant Law.

Jury practice involves voir dire and juror selection, opening statements and closing arguments, and instructions to the jury. Our new resource guide Jury Practice highlights resources available at Jenkins that will aid a practitioner involved in a jury trial.

Those researching Pennsylvania real estate issues should look at our Pennsylvania Real Estate & Landlord Tenant Law guide. This guide covers the major secondary resources available at Jenkins on different real estate and landlord tenant issues. We also added a new Landlord Tenant tab to our Self-Help Resource Guide. This tab provides some links to local resources that may be beneficial to both attorneys and self-represented litigants.

Find these and all our resource guides at https://www.jenkinslaw.org/research/resource-guides.
