Access Treatises Remotely With Treatises on Fastcase

  •

Treatises on Fastcase provides access to over 130 treatises that Jenkins’ members can access from the office or home. The database includes titles that cover a wide range of legal topics, such as, bankruptcy, elder law, estate planning, family law, and more. The collection of treatises contains handbooks and guidebooks, form sets, and fifty-state guides.

Popular titles include Ginsberg and Martin on Bankruptcy, Bromberg and Ribstein on Partnership, Wigmore on Evidence, and The Law of Lawyering.

Treatises on Fastcase can be accessed through both Fastcase 6 and Fastcase 7. The platforms allow users to search or browse titles.

To access the titles from Fastcase 6, click "Search Loislaw Libraries" from the database homepage.

From Fastcase 7, you can browse titles by clicking the "Browse" button next to the search bar. You can also run a search by entering terms and choosing "Search." Your search results can then be filtered to include secondary resources.
