New Research Guide Now Available: Federal Jury Practice

Need to find resources related to Federal jury instructions, voir dire, or jury verdicts? Our new research guide, Federal Jury Practice, will help. It points to the many resources available through Jenkins that cover topics involving Federal jury practice. Key titles highlighted in the guide include Modern Federal Jury Instructions,  Federal Jury Practice and Instructions: Civil and Criminal, Federal Practice and Procedure and Moore's Federal Practice.

Another guide that may be of interest for Federal resources is Federal Practice & Procedure.  On the state level, we also have a Pennsylvania Jury Practice guide and one for Pennsylvania Secondary Materials. These and all our research guides can be found at: https://www.jenkinslaw.org/research/guides.
