Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Postpones Civil Trials

On Wednesday, the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas provided a “Notice to the Bar” announcing that “all civil trials, currently scheduled through Monday, July 6, 2020, are postponed and will be rescheduled by the court.”

This is the latest decision by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania also provides a list of updates for statewide court operations.
