Philadelphia Vacant Property Maps

Are you researching vacant properties in Philadelphia? The City of Philadelphia offers two different maps for locating vacant properties within the city.

Check out the Philadelphia Vacant Property Indicators Viewer to see lots and buildings in the city that are likely to be vacant. “The model aggregates multiple city administrative and geographic data sources selecting for indicators of potential building or land vacancy for each tax parcel boundary in the city.” Users can filter the map layers to show “Likely Vacant Land”, “Likely Vacant Buildings”, and “Combined Vacant Percentage by Block”.

If you are looking for vacant properties to purchase, see the Philadelphia Housing Development Commission’s (PHDC) Property Map. PHDC manages more than 5,000 properties for sale around the city. Most are vacant land or buildings in need of major repairs. This map displays all of the properties in public ownership that are available.
